CELEBRATING THE LEGACY OF BETHANY

Bethany CBSE School, Kinnikambla celebrated the Bethany Foundation Day with great joy and devotion on 15th July 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The programme was presided over by Sr. Mariola BS, Coordinator for Education. The celebration was graced by the presence of Sr. Jacintha D’Souza, Principal; Sr. Reena Juliet, Vice Principal; Sr. Manisha; and Sr. Reena Vas, along with the staff and students.

The programme commenced with a prayer service, invoking God’s blessings on the Bethany family. This was followed by a graceful Welcome Dance and a warm Welcome Address. As a mark of love and gratitude, a tribute was paid to the Founder, Servant of God Msgr. R. F. C. Mascarenhas, by strewing flowers at his portrait.

The students then presented the importance of Bethany Foundation Day, beautifully highlighting the vision and mission of the Founder, followed by a meaningful dance performance. The audience was further entertained by a vibrant dance presented by the students of Class III.

A significant moment of the celebration was the inauguration of the Bethany Champions and Little Way Association by the President, Sr. Mariola BS, encouraging students to grow in leadership, faith, and service.

On behalf of the teaching and non-teaching staff, Mrs. Suman extended heartfelt Foundation Day greetings to the Sisters, expressing gratitude for their dedicated service and inspiring leadership. In her presidential address, Sr. Mariola BS encouraged everyone to remain faithful to the Bethany charism and continue serving with compassion, commitment, and love.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Eva of Class IX, who expressed sincere appreciation to the President, the Sisters, staff, students, and all those who contributed to the success of the celebration.

The Bethany Foundation Day celebration was a memorable occasion that inspired everyone to cherish the rich legacy of Bethany and renew their commitment to its mission of love, service, and holistic education.
