Investiture ceremony and clubs inaugration
Bethany School celebrated its Investiture Ceremony and Club Inauguration on 20th June in the school auditorium with great zeal and dignity. The event marked a significant milestone, honouring the spirit of leadership and creativity among students.
The program commenced with a graceful prayer dance, invoking blessings for the newly elected student leaders and newly formed clubs. This was followed by a warm welcome address by Sr. Leena Bennis, who set an inspiring tone for the proceedings.
The Club Inauguration was uniquely symbolized through a beautifully crafted butterfly, representing transformation, growth, and unity. The butterfly was unveiled by the Principal, Vice Principal, along with selected student and teacher representatives, officially marking the beginning of the club activities for the academic year.
Adding a creative touch to the event, a skit on leadership was performed, emphasizing the qualities of responsibility, teamwork, and service. The skit was both thought-provoking and engaging, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
One of the key highlights of the day was the Badge Ceremony for the newly elected Student Council. Each council member proudly received their badge as a token of trust and responsibility. This was followed by the Oath Taking Ceremony, solemnly led by the Principal Sr. Jecintha Dsouza, who guided the young leaders in pledging their commitment to serve the school with integrity and dedication.
In her address, the Principal congratulated the council members and reminded them of the importance of leadership through action, humility, and teamwork. Her words left the audience inspired and motivated.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs. Shwetha, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, staff, and students who contributed to the success of the event. The entire program was efficiently anchored by Mrs. Flavia, ensuring a smooth and engaging flow throughout the ceremony.
The Investiture and Club Inauguration Ceremony was not just a formal event, but a celebration of student potential, leadership, and school spirit—setting the tone for a productive and inspiring academic year ahead.
