The Investiture Ceremony of Bethany school was held on 12th June 2024 in school auditorium at 9.30a.m by receiving and escorting the guest to the dais accompanied by the symphonic school band. The programme began by invoking God’s blessings with a prayer song sung by the school choir. Followed by captivating welcome dance performance by grade 10 students with graceful movements and vibrant expressions.
The dignitaries Sr. Anitha Tressy ,Principal Bethany School, Chief guest Sr. Leena Pereira. , Superior Rosa Mystica Convent , Sr. Roselyta , correspondent Bethany School graced the occasion.
Sr. Anitha Tressy introduced and welcomed the new Correspondent Sr. Roselyta and Sr. Leena Pereira , Superior Rosa Mystica Convent.
The Principal along with the correspondent bequeathed the cabinet ministers with their powers and positions and distributed the badges. The oath taking ceremony was led by the Principal. The newly formed council- Head girl and Head boy along with the rest of the school council pledged to work earnestly and to uphold the honor and glory of the institution. Deserving young talents of the School were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their School from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence.
The guest of honor along with principal inaugurated of various clubs of the school for the academic session 2024-2025 by placing the leaves and flower to the stem. Which symbolises the unity of various clubs.
Chief Guest Sr. Leena Pereira in her adress appreciated the efforts by the school for providing opportunities to the students. She also congratulated the newly appointed Prefects.
Sr. Roselyta, Correspondent Bethany School in her presidential address said the participatory leadership has been taken up in the school cabinet. She added that it is very important to understand the concept of serving others and compassionate leadership is the need of the hour. The management expects the students to be such leaders. She wished good luck to the school cabinet.
Mrs . Flavia Sequeira compered the programme and Mrs Shwetha proposed the vote of thanks.The event concluded with the national Anthem.
