REIMAGINING AND RESTRUCTURING BETHANY EDUCATION

The REBE session was held at Bethany CBSE School, Kinnikambla, on 28th September at 1:30 p.m. The staff of Bethany CBSE School and Rosa Mystica PU College participated in the session.
The session was facilitated by Sr. Sadhana, Sr. Anita Lydia, Mr. Avil and Mrs Sabina
The session invited us to look at Bethany education with a renewed vision. Inspired by Martha, Mary and Lazarus, we reflected on the call to accompany, meet, listen, serve and witness in our educational mission.
This reflection led us to recognize the need to understand today’s learners, changing educational realities, technology, AI and emerging needs. Accordingly, REBE encourages student-centred education, holistic formation of head, heart, hand and spirit, teacher development, digital transformation, stronger communication, and alumni engagement, innovation and care creation.
Thus RRBE calls us form routine to renewal information to transfromation, competition to collaboration and maintaining the past to building the future, while carrying forward the rich Bethany legacy.
